Sarah Alice is an actor, writer and creator.
Born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, Sarah Alice fell in love with theater at a young age after performing in her first show about a bunny that wouldn't hop. Between her sophomore and junior year of high school, after attending the summer arts intensive program, Kentucky Governor's School for the Arts, in the Drama discipline, she decided to make performance her profession.
She graduated in May 2016 with her BFA in Theater Performance from Northern Kentucky University where she studied Shakespeare, Chekhov, and Alexander Technique as well as dance, writing, and directing. She also performed for four years with NKU's Improv Troupe, This Side Up, and worked with children in two after school art programs. While in school, she worked professionally with The Children's Theatre of Cincinnati and The Lincoln Boyhood Drama Association.
Since moving to NYC in October 2016, Sarah Alice has been studying with The Upright Citizens Brigade Comedy Improv School, The Freeman Studio, and has been creating new work such as her one act play, The King, which premiered in January at the NY Winterfest. She is also a member of The Bats, the residential acting company at The Flea Theater, where she can currently be seen in their all ages show, Not My Monster. Sarah Alice continues to write and star in the web series, Sassy and MK's Days of Fun, which she created with her best friend.
